Gluten Test for Gluten Intolerance or Sensitivity. Celiac Disease. Monrovia, CAPosted: May 28, 2012
It is not easy to figure out if you have celiac disease or are non-celiac sensitive. Many nutritionists suggest to simply go off gluten for a few weeks to see if you notice any difference in symptoms. That can be a good idea especially if you don’t have insurance or can’t afford testing.
However, you could still have gluten issue if symptoms do not change. You could also have no symptoms and still have a gluten issue.
There is a lab that I like to use that does differentiate between celiac disease and non-celiac sensitive.
